Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ISORA, every fragrance is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we follow specific return and exchange guidelines.

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases where:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product has been delivered
• Product is missing from the order

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Used or opened fragrances
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
• Products returned after the allowed period

3. Exchange Policy

Eligible exchanges will be processed after verification.

Customers may be required to share:

• Order number
• Product images/videos
• Delivery details

Once approved, replacement products will be shipped.

4. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
